About The Event

Create less waste while celebrating the winter holidays in a meaningful way! This is a partnership with NCW Libraries.

Dye fabric in the Japanese Shibori style, to create gifts such as cloth napkins, or reusable "wrapping paper." If you have your own light colored, natural fabrics, bring them to dye! This is a great way to gift new life to old fabrics.

Snacks provided!

Note: This is the only event in this series that is held at the East Wenatchee Public Library, within East Wenatchee City Hall on 9th street. The other events will be held at the Eastmont Community Center on Georgia Ave.

We have the incredible opportunity to live in the homelands of the P'Squosa / Wenatchi people. The importance of acknowledging the true history of this land cannot be overstated. Thank you to our valley's first stewards. To learn more, visit the Indigenous Roots & Reparation Foundation.
