Create less waste while celebrating the winter holidays in a meaningful way. This is a partnership with NCW Libraries.
Give old library book pages another chance by creating beautiful handmade ornaments and garlands. This is an easy and fun craft that brings your love of reading into the decor of your home during the winter holidays. Or, create several as througthful gifts for your book club members and book-loving friends!
