Mending Night with SNCW & Waste Loop

Does your favorite pair of wool socks have a hole on the sole? Or maybe your well loved jeans could use some TLC. Visible mending is a fun and beautiful way to repair and enhance clothing.

Come hang out with Waste Loop and Sustainable NCW at this informal mending night, all experience levels are welcome. Our goal is to provide casual mending instruction and supplies to empower participants to take care of and fix their clothing and other items instead of throwing things away. Please bring any garments or other textiles you would like to mend. Mending materials such as scrap fabric for patches and thread for stitching will be supplied by Waste Loop.
